Thank you, Dr. Neto. I have two herniated disc in my cervical spine. In 2020 they wanted to do surgery and I said you’re not touching me. I know how to address it but yeah, this is a real problem for people. I have 10 acres and can run a chainsaw and do all kinds of work and have no issues with it but I do a lot of the things that you share here. As a licensed massage therapist, I also do self massage which I plan on doing a video on. Thank you for the great information
Thank you for sharing your story, Kathleen! Amazing job in Substack. In fact, I was really thinking about a "product" to help people to prevent and/or deal with "tech neck".
I think the biggest thing is compliance . Sometimes we give people the tools and everything they need to do and for some reason, they decide not to do it or do it for a very short period of time.
Ergonomics, movement (stretching, and range of motion), hydration and nutrition, they all come together. Tools that are free!
And I think also for those of us that have this calling in our lives, that we continue to educate and support anyone who is willing to make their lives better.
This is my big problem! I know I have to work on that to make it better, and I'll be sure to try out your tips.

Dr. Neto, that would be a great idea.

Hi Kathleen, Thank you for your feedback. Great comment. A tool like this would perhaps be important for people to use on themselves and help others.
